We offer video and Zoom meetings for your convenience on the “Book A Call“.
If you prefer in-person meetings, we can can meet you at your office or in any of the coffee shops in the general Phoenix area. Just write you preference in the booking a call menu in contacts.
Depending on the project, our average completion time for a given project is 1-3 weeks. For projects that require priority we offer an expedited option, delivering many of our projects within 5 business days or less for a rush fee of $65.
We invoice our projects through QuickBooks invoices. Don’t worry, they accept almost all payment methods!

All projects require a 50% Upfront Payment before work begins. This true for all new clients.
Recurring clients/regulars are billed after the project is complete with Net 7 terms (pay within 7 days). Project’s editable and final files are not released unless all invoices are paid in full.
Clients that send a steady stream of work weekly will be billed on a Net 15 term (pay within 15 days).
Logo Design FAQs

If selecting the Design Unleashed Package, you will receive a link to our Client Questionnaire webpage after our Introduction Call. This user-friendly form presents a series of questions, allowing us to pinpoint your specific creative desires in terms of style, color, fonts, and iconography, all essential for crafting your unique custom logo.
In addition, there’s a quick activity to simplify logo design. We have you visit “logopond.com,” to select 3 logos you like and 3 logos you dislike (industry doesn’t matter). This activity reveals your style preferences and aiding our creative process.
Our goal is to keep the logo design process user-friendly and simple. We believe it’s the best approach to realizing your brand and business vision. our past results have shown this process as efficient and highly successful.
- You finish the Client Questionnaire Form
- We create a work proposal that is delivered with the Half-Upfront Deposit Invoice.
- Once the invoice is paid you will be added to our client list.
- Our turnaround time is usually 1.5-3 weeks
We understand one thing as designers, people have different tastes in design. If you have chosen to work with us it is likely based on our previous logo designs in our portfolio. If none of the initial 3 design concepts resonate with you, we can create a 4th concept for an additional $40.
To make sure the design will be successfull, we require a clear direction or design for the 4th logo design concept. We can only make your brand and business vision if clear creative direction is provided.
We want you to be happy with the final logo designs. One of our long-term goals is to generate the majority of our business from repeat and referred customers, and we can only achieve this through consistently delivering excellent results to our clients. Nonetheless, by the time we present the 3 logo concepts to you, our team has dedicated many hours to the designs.
For this reason, we implement only a 50% Upfront Deposit instead of Full Payment Upfront. It guarantees your place in our project queue and covers our base labor and design asset costs.
Your logo files will be delivered in four formats:
- JPG: Ideal for general use, such as word documents, email signatures, and social media profiles.
- PNG: Comes with a transparent background, allowing you to overlay it on images or colors without a white square.
- EPS: Only viewable with programs like Illustrator or Photoshop, this vector file can be scaled to any size without losing quality or becoming pixelated. Perfect for large-scale prints like banners and T-shirts.
- SVG: These are a versatile format that results in defined vector graphics. They can be edited and customized with ease, making them ideal for web use and responsive design.
We typically require 2-3 weeks for logo completion, then for us to present the designs. For urgent requests, we offer an expedited option, delivering your designs within 5 business days or less for a rush fee of $65.
Sure! Feel free to ask any specific questions about the designs, such as colors and fonts. Please note that certain fonts may require a purchase. As a result, we suggest the following alternative approach for utilizing fonts effectively.
To maintain a distinct and special look for your logo, it’s advisable NOT to use the main font in all marketing materials. This ensures a consistent branding look. However, we can recommend complementary fonts or suggest using the secondary font if your logo design incorporates one.
